The phrase Mama Mboga is currently one of the topics trending on Twitter. The phrase started climbing the twitter board, after last night’s Presidential Debate on Tuesday, July 26.

According to reports on the social media platform, the ‘Mama mboga’ took a photo with deputy president William Ruto. After that she was slightly sidelined from the meeting afterward.

Kenyans on Twitter made their comments after the incident with some slamming the Kenyan kwanza principal for treating the woman with what they termed as disrespect.

“BREAKING NEWS: Hussein Mohammed finally graduates from the Farouk Kibet School of Bouncers, after helping Mama Mboga locate her agemates in the UDA food web,” Gabriel Oguda said.

Mr Kinuthia said,” After seeing that video of Mama Mboga being pushed away by Hussein Mohammed, 7 UDA coordinators from Murang’a County called me to register their regrets . They told me Better Baba. And they will reconsider their votes.”

The woman was part of the entourage that escorted Deputy President William Ruto into the presidentail debate.

His entourage included a mama mboga, Pauline Waithera, and Kelvins Okoth, a boda-boda who support his presidential bid.
