Manchester United’s new signing seems to have landed at the club with so much hype. Mason Mount was officially been unveiled as a Manchester United on Wednesday, July 5. The former Chelsea player was also given the iconic Number 7 jersey.
This comes after a 60 million Euro move from the London club. Mount signed a five-year deal that would see him at Manchester United until 2028. The 24-year-old will become the first signing of Manchester United amid rumors of more to follow.
Mount will wear the jersey that has been worn by iconic players such as Eric Cantona, George Best, David Beckham and the most popular one of them all, Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo. Fans worldwide have reacted to the signing with different opinions.
