Majirani Goes Back to School

Zappy Majirani of the famous Hivo Ndio Kunaendaga hit song from Grandpa has resurfaced again and this time round with good news. The singer/rapper through his Facebook page on Wednesday, August 3, announced that he was going back to school.

Majirani shared a picture of a letter of admission from Mount Kenya University proving that he was indeed being called to get back to learning.

He posted:

The simple steps that u take in life will always define your coming days 😗, congratulations to me for enrolling for my second degree..another 4 years of schooling am never giving up on my dreams , to my mku comrades see u in January

Majirani will join the school of business and his studies will be at the MKU Eldoret campus starting January next year.

The artist is currently in Poland where he is taking on different jobs in order to achieve most of his dreams. He has been quiet in the industry ever since he moved out of the country.

Majirani was one of the hottest rising stars under Grandpa Records but did not go further with his music after the label split up citing conflict between the management and other artists.

He tried to come back by having Gengetone super group Sailors on a track, but that too did not work out well as he had imagined.
