Kenyan renowned music producer Vinc On the Beat Calls On Fans To Respect Kenyan Artists

Vinc On the Beat is not letting the Kenyan artists slander go down on his watch. In a video that he posted on his Socials on Monday, September 26, the producer reported that Kenyan artists deserved to be respected.

“Kenya here we don’t have a record label. Hatuna hizi vitu. So ukipata msanii wa Kenya ameekwa on the same list as these Nigerians, do not stress these people by telling them mbona hawa work hard,” he said.

Vinc stressed that Kenyan artists deserve to be praised for the work they are putting in. He mentioned that some of them were even winning awards without the backing that other artists in the continent are getting.

He also talked about implementing the Play KE move that had already been sponsored a while back. “The Nigerian government imposed that the country should play 100% content from their artists, we should try to implement the same,” he noted.

Vinc also commented on the tracks that were being done by other artists on the continent. He was perplexed by people comparing independent artists in Kenya with other artists that have been signed by Labels.

“These people are going extra to do good videos and audios for us to be compared to the Nigerians and other artists who have tycoons sponsoring them,” he concluded.
