Nigerian superstar Burna Boy has surprised many by having his latest hit song be included in former United States of America Barack Obama’s summer playlist. Obama on Tuesday, July 26, shared a playlist that had one song from the singer.

Burna Boy’s Last Last song was included by Obama in his summer playlist that he shares every year when summer approaches. His song is one of the best hits this year and provided a great platform for the launch of his new album, Love Damini.

Nigerian soul star Tems is also included in the list and not forgetting hitmakers Pheelz and Buju with their hit song Finese. Tems, after her inclusion in the Black Panther trailer soundtrack, makes the list of the former American Head of State.

Other notable names that make the list include Jamaican rising star Koffee with her song Pull Up. The young artist continues to get better and better every day and her inclusion in Obama’s playlist is another fete she has achieved this year.

Usual suspects Drake and Rihanna also get a song on the playlist. Kendrick Lamar, Wyclef Jean and Lauryn Hill represent the Hip Hop feel of the playlist too.
